iMultiply, Livingston, Scotland, United Kingdom The Opportunity As Head of Finance, you will provide strategic and operational financial management across multiple entities, ensuring robust controls and insightful reporting. You’ll lead a high-performing finance team, champion process improvements, and deliver actionable insights that influence key business decisions. This role is ideal for a commercially astute finance leader who thrives in a fast-growth environment and enjoys combining strategic thinking with hands‑on operational involvement. Key Responsibilities Deliver strategic and operational financial leadership across the group. Interpret financial data to provide actionable insights for decision‑making. Build and develop a high‑performing finance team, fostering collaboration and accountability. Partner with IT providers to automate reporting and streamline processes. Maintain strong relationships with auditors, bankers, and legal advisors to ensure compliance and governance. Align financial operations with overall business objectives and customer service excellence. The Individual Proven track record in ambitious, fast‑growth SMEs or owner‑managed businesses. Qualified accountant with strong technical knowledge (VAT, CIS, WIP, accrual accounting). Audit background experience preferred; familiarity with property development and international outsourcing advantageous. Advanced Excel skills and experience with platforms such as Xero, Clear Books, and bespoke systems. Exceptional analytical and problem‑solving skills with a strategic mindset. Strong communication and influencing abilities, able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. On Offer Competitive salary and benefits package.
