Case Manager

AS A REGISTERED NURSE (RN), CASE MANAGER, you'll be responsible for completion of reports such as performance improvement reports, periodic review of departmental polices and procedures. You'll also provide Case Management and Social services to specific hospital units, as assigned or per need.
