Non-Infrastructure: Production site civils and structural alterations.Key Responsibilities Project Support and Leadership Support and manage projects from initiation to completion. Provide technical expertise to project teams. Ensure projects meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Client Engagement Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication. Collaborate with clients to understand objectives and deliver tailored solutions. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work with multidisciplinary teams, including contractors, structural engineers, and environmental specialists. Promote a collaborative and inclusive working environment. Quality Assurance Implement quality control procedures to ensure the integrity of engineering designs. Review project deliverables to maintain the highest standards. Innovation Stay informed about industry advancements, emerging technologies, and best practices. Contribute to innovative engineering solutions and sustainable practices. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent industry experience). A minimum of 3 years of experience in civil engineering, with a proven record of successful project contributions. Working towards or holding Chartered Engineer (CEng) status with a recognised institution (e.g., ICE) is desirable. Proficiency in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and advanced structural analysis tools.Skills Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, construction methodologies, and materials. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork capabilities. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
