Who We Are Looking For Problem Solver ‑ You love solving hard problems (proven history of doing so). Ownership & Intensity ‑ You take charge and force things into existence. Bonus if you’ve founded something yourself / joined a startup as an early member. Proven Builder ‑ 2+ years as an engineer with a track record of fast, production‑grade code shipping. Backend Engineering ‑ Strong experience designing and building APIs, distributed systems, and production‑grade services in Python/TypeScript/Go/Rust (or similar). Infra Engineering ‑ Experience with relational databases, graph databases, containerization, and cloud infrastructure. AWS + Pulumi preferred. Your First Month at Seamflow Ship from Day 1 ‑ You deploy to production day 1 and take ownership for code. Own it ‑ You create specs, figure things out, and build features end‑to‑end. Solve Every Problem ‑ From scaling infra to hiring the next teammate to jumping on customer calls, you do what needs doing.
