You will collaborate across internal teams and external agencies to deliver best-in-class brand experiences, ensuring Canary Wharf remains a leading destination for innovation, retail, and cultural engagement. Annual salary: circa £55k dependent on experience Closing date: 8th December 2025**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES****This is an office-based role with the flexibility to work from home up to 1 day per week.*** Collaborate with the Asset Manager to deliver and exceed the business plan for Canary Wharf assets.* Source and manage relationships with advertising agencies, brand experience agencies and Space Finder agencies (e.g. Ocean Outdoor, HighJam, Lo:Live).* Develop direct relationships with local, national, and international brands to bring unique activations to Canary Wharf.* Work with Retail Leasing and Asset Management to create impactful occupier launch and re-fit packages.* Identify and engage with non-retail organisations to activate vacant or underutilised spaces within the estate.* Support the delivery of the Events and Sponsorship strategy in collaboration with the Marketing, , and Art + Events teams.* Contribute to financial planning, forecasting, and reporting for brand partnerships.* Act as the key contact for all internal teams regarding brand partnerships.* Working with the Film & Photography Location Manager, support wider income-generating activities such as filming requests and applications, ensuring compliance with Canary Wharf Group’s filming policy.* Liaise with production companies to arrange and conduct site tours, assess feasibility, and secure necessary permissions from tenants and internal departments.* Coordinate risk assessments, method statements, and insurance documentation for all commercialisation and filming activities.* Ensure all legal documentation, including contracts and permits, are accurately prepared, reviewed, and stored using platforms such as DocuSign.**PERSON SPECIFICATION*** Proven experience in specialty leasing, retail, or shopping centre environments.* Understanding of leases, licences, and commercial agreements is highly desirable.* Familiarity with legal documentation and contract management would be advantageous.* IOSH Managing Safely certification (or willingness to obtain).* Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage priorities effectively.* Proactive and self-motivated team player, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic team* Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external stakeholders.**HEALTH SAFETY AND WELFARE RESPONSIBILITIES**All staff are required to fulfil their legal duty to take reasonable care for the health and safety of themselves and others who may be affected by their acts and omissions, and to follow all guidance and instructions given in this respect.
