Job overviewThe Catering Department at St Mary\'s Hospital are seeking an experienced and innovative Chef to assist in the daily production of 680 patient meals and 350 staff and visitor meals.Main dutiesDeliver bespoke menus to improve patient and customer satisfaction with the aim of supporting Trust income.Deliver desserts and cakes for patients and the restaurant.Deliver core patient meals, including texture modified diets.Prepare meats, vegetables, soups and sauces.Provide evening patient meals and staff/visitor service.You will be working in a busy industrial kitchen, exposed to heat, cold and noise daily.
