Access to the Learning Hub, featuring the world's largest online course library A typical day as an assistant manager- Act as second-in-command, managing the team, delegating tasks, and supporting training and development to ensure all colleagues feel welcomed. Coach, mentor, and motivate team members while fostering positive relationships by understanding their needs and concerns. Prepare rotas aligned with labour percentages and budget, and ensure the team promotes and upsells offers. Oversee inventory management, stock control, and weekly reporting, while driving efficiency and reducing waste.
