Primary Teacher (Music Specialism) - Maternity Cover Salary: £160 - £260 per day Location: Southall, West London Start Date: January 2026 We are seeking a passionate Primary Teacher with a Music specialism to join a diverse and inclusive primary school community in Southall on a maternity cover basis. The Role Deliver engaging and inclusive lessons across KS1 and KS2 Incorporate music into teaching to enhance creativity, confidence, and cross‑curricular learning Support pupils of all abilities, including SEND and EAL learners Apply positive behaviour management strategies to maintain a purposeful classroom environment Collaborate with colleagues and parents to ensure holistic pupil support Requirements QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service Proven UK teaching experience Strong classroom practice and behaviour management skills Enthusiasm for creative teaching and learning through music Why Join?
