Reference: 123S65646434_1757928037Posted: September 15, 2025Fawkes & Reece are working with a leading Regeneration and retrofit contractor in Matlock and Chesterfield to hire a freelance Site Supervisor to assist on a reactive maintenance and repairs scheme on behalf of the council in tenanted and void properties. The duration of the contract is for 3 years work.The successful Supervisor will preferably come from a background within the social housing sector and worked on similar schemes previously.ResponsibilitiesSupervising trades such as Joiners, Bricklayers, Plumbers, Plasterers to carry out repairs/maintenance in tenanted and void properties.Overseeing project schedules and ensuring work is completed within set deadlines.Reporting progress to the Site Manager and senior management.Ensuring work is completed to the agreed high standards.Coordinating teams of workers and subcontractorsMaintaining quality control checksSigning off and handing completed work over to the clientEnsuring that all Health & Safety procedures are being adhered tooRequirements & ExperienceSSSTSFirst Aid At WorkPrevious experience in the Social Housing Sector as a Manager/SupervisorOwn transportMonday - Friday working week, 40 - 45 Hours per WeekLong Term Contract - 3 years workTo ApplyTo apply please send your CV or for further details contact Aran on 07753 497 508 #J-18808-Ljbffr
