What the day will look like As an Investment Consultant you will lead smaller client relationships and act as a support consultant for medium to large clients, overseeing the day‑to‑day deliverables and junior support team. You will deliver advice predominantly to defined benefit pension schemes but also endowments, charities, and other institutional clients. Your day‑to‑day focus will include: Working with Lead Consultants to build relationships with clients, and understand and solve the challenges they face Driving business results through efficient delivery of client service and connecting and working with colleagues across Aon’s specialist teams Identifying opportunities to innovate and drive efficiency Developing junior colleagues into future consultants Promoting an inclusive culture across Aon How this opportunity is different At Aon, the opportunity is much wider than just the local consulting team. During each week there are multiple department‑wide video conference calls keeping consultants up to date on latest business results, ideas from specialist teams and opportunities for colleagues to put themselves forward to support new initiatives.
