In this role, you'll work closely with customers to design, implement, and manage AWS solutions that meet their technical requirements and business objectives. You'll be a key player in driving customer success through their cloud journey, providing technical expertise and best practices throughout the project lifecycle. Basic Qualifications Experience leading teams in a customer-facing role driving customer technical implementations Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate core DevOps concepts (CI/CD, Agile & Automation) Hands-on experience building CI/CD workflows and using scripting languages (Python, Java, JavaScript, C#, Go, PowerShell, etc.) Understanding of microservices and distributed application architecture Experience working with and delivering using Agile practices Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's or Masters degree in computer science, data science, engineering, or related field Experience with observability tools and frameworks like CloudWatch, Datadog, Splunk, OpenTelemetry, AWS X-Ray, and APM tools Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and CI platforms (Terraform, CloudFormation, Jenkins, GitHub Actions) Experience with container orchestration platforms (Kubernetes, Amazon ECS, Amazon EKS) Experience with version control systems and collaborative development workflows Experience with development and automated testing Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate core DevOps concepts (CI/CD, Agile & Automation) Equal Opportunity Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
