We are also committed to maximising wellbeing which is why we have a dedicated Out of Hours service that can support our Operational teams when it's time to relax.Some of your day-to-day responsibilities will include:Identifying client leads and making business to business outbound sales callsDeveloping existing, new and lapsed business and client relationshipsSales activities, outbound business development calls and working to targetsTravelling to visit clients for service and sales meetings so ideally you will need to drive and have access to your own carSourcing and recruiting staff for temporary industrial bookingsNegotiating, offering solutions and overcoming objectionsService management - compliance, payroll, administration, updating internal systemsBlue Arrow is a leading global Talent Acquisition and Managed Workforce Solutions provider.
