Join to apply for the National Account Manager role at Product Care Limited. We have an exciting opportunity available to join our Sales team in Wigan on a full‑time, permanent basis as a National Account Manager in our Instore & Grocery channel. The successful candidate will be highly commercial with strong analytical ability and have a minimum of 2 years of account management experience in the channel, ideally with experience of electrical appliances or similar mass merchandise products. Benefits 33 days annual leave per year (including bank holidays) plus an extra day off for your birthday Hybrid flexible working (Tuesdays & Wednesdays office based – must reside locally to Wigan) Contributory Pension scheme Employee discounts off electrical appliances Cash health care plan Enhanced Maternity/Paternity leave Cycle to work scheme Life Cover (Death in Service Payments) Responsibilities Ultimate responsibility and autonomous management of all aspects of managing major retail accounts and the designated retailer account(s) Category management / Brand management responsibility where prescribed Directed lead creation of targeted new retailers Budget and P&L responsibility and accountability for managed account(s) Develop very strong relationships with retailer contacts, employing highly effective and efficient communication working on own initiative to drive the account forward Identify and maximise all viable sales opportunities Effectively plan and manage retailer range and promotional calendars Provide detailed sales vs. budget reports and analysis Qualifications Ability to build rapport and communicate effectively at all levels Ability to lead meetings Customer focused and understands importance of service delivery excellence Committed to continuous improvement of internal processes Highly self‑motivated, with a willingness to get involved in all aspects of PCG activities Analytical ability, working to the highest level of accuracy Ability to work to deadlines (and ensure others do so) Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills Excellent team player with a positive attitude to driving team goals Educated to degree level (desirable) About Us Product Care Group is a privately owned, dynamic business, focused on providing home appliance solutions to retailers, consumers and business‑to‑business customers.
