Case Manager - Brain Injury - Paediatric - Hampshire Location: Position: Case Manager About The Role Are you a paediatric OT, Physio, Nurse or Social Worker experienced in working with disabled children, young people and their families based in the Hampshire area? Our Case Managers are mentored by a dedicated Clinical Lead who is experienced in case management and are supported by a knowledgeable Head Office team. You are paid for the work you do for our clients including travel time and mentorship time. You need 3 days availability (about 21 hours) during Monday‑Friday to carry out the work. It's a great choice to balance with other commitments. Salaried part‑time is offered as a minimum 21 hours up to 30 hours per week working Monday to Friday. You will need to be a driver with a car as travel is up to 2 hours from your home to clients. Travel and mileage is paid. We provide you with funded membership to BABICM with full support for progression to advanced membership levels. Your work as a Case Manager continues to contribute towards maintaining your clinical professional registration requirements. You will undertake a comprehensive induction at the start of your journey with ILS and have regular, ongoing mentorship, training and professional development opportunities including paid CPD time, online and face to face networking opportunities through professional and events within an inclusive and collaborative culture. We therefore reserve the right to close this vacancy once suitable candidates have been appointed. * No agencies please * About You The Skills You’ll be Sharing With The Team You will be an experienced health and social care professional who has extensive expertise of working with children and young people with catastrophic injuries; including traumatic brain injury, poly‑trauma, spinal cord injury, limb loss and cerebral palsy. You will have experience of working directly with clients in the community and be able to demonstrate your professional abilities, within the field of complex, long‑term health care assessment, care planning and achieving positive outcomes for clients. You must have current HCPC/NMC/Social Work England registration and an up to date CPD portfolio.
