Graduate Research Engineer – Advanced Production Systems Join MTC – Manufacturing Technology Centre as a Graduate Research Engineer – Advanced Production Systems. About the Programme The 24‑month Advanced Production Systems (APS) Graduate Programme provides experience, knowledge and skills to become a competent and confident professional engineer. It gives you the chance to work across key departments – Machines, Mechatronics and Controls – and to develop and implement innovative manufacturing systems, automation and production technologies. What We’re Looking For Accredited bachelor’s degree (2:1 minimum) in a relevant STEM discipline (Mechatronics, Robotics, Robotic Systems, Autonomous Systems, Control Engineering, Intelligent Machining or similar) Enthusiasm for continued personal development and a learning mindset Strong communication skills, including the ability to convey technical data to a non‑technical audience clearly and confidently Benefits and Working Arrangements Flexible working pattern, 25 days paid annual leave (plus bank holidays), a generous pension scheme, life assurance and private healthcare.
