Our mission is to empower our clients to deliver exceptional public services by harnessing the full potential of technology and data.OUR VALUESPartnership: we become one team and family with organisations, helping them to navigate change and stay agile.Integrity: our people really care, going beyond the brief to make change happen for organisations and citizens.Innovation: we bring together the right technologies and services to design solutions that work.Passion: we are passionate about - and dedicated to - public services and improving people’s lives.THE ROLEThe Schools Support Analyst is a vital role within Agilisys and this role will promote the effective use of MIS within schools and provide day to day comprehensive support.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide telephone, remote and onsite support across the entire range of supported MIS software modulesComplete relevant documentation and service desk calls in accordance with the MIS SLA which is in placeBe responsible for the support of the MIS SystemsUpgrade and installation of ESS software, including implementing and co-ordinating new systems as necessaryMaintain a high level of expertise with MIS products both those that are currently in widespread use and others that may become significant for the work of schoolsCreate or develop training and support materials for supported MIS software and ensure that these are kept up-to-date and regularly reviewedHelp deliver training courses in a range of software modules to a high standard monitored by course evaluation questionnairesPromote the effective use of MIS to raise standards in schools and make recommendations for improvementSupport the team with delivering training courses / webinarsOpportunityThis role is an excellent platform for experienced professionals to take their career to the next level.
