We are currently seeking Nursing Rehab Assistants to join our dynamic and friendly team, who are patient-focused and thrive on providing quality care, to work within our Home Pathway Rehabilitation Service. You would be joining a multi-disciplinary team consisting of Rehabilitation Assistants, Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists and Social Workers. Your role would be to assist patients with personal care and their activities of daily living, and help them with their rehabilitation.
