Security Officer Relief DC Mitie Cleaning & Hygiene Services is looking for a Security Officer Relief DC. Job Overview The role involves protecting customer property, people and assets by providing security services in accordance with assignment instructions and meeting key performance indicators. Responsibilities Protect customers' property, people and assets according to Assignment Instructions (AI) and any changes. Deliver results that meet or exceed key performance indicators/service level agreements and support contract retention. Ensure compliance with policies, UK law and regulatory requirements, and obtain required licences. Perform tasks and duties as defined in the published Assignment Instructions. Proactively review Assignment Instructions and suggest amendments to improve service. Maintain professional conduct in challenging situations and manage incident reporting. Use technology and training to achieve key objectives and pursue continuous development. Renew licences 16 weeks before expiry and maintain required certifications. Report health & safety hazards, threats, and incidents promptly. Qualifications Previous security experience. Valid SIA License. SC Clearance desirable. Benefits Flexible benefits scheme via Choices.
