Role - Head Chef Lead the daily operation of the kitchen, you will be hands on. Manage the GP, labour and all costs and budgets. Recruit, train, develop and lead your team. Monitor stock levels and manage stock orders Manage the cleaning of equipment and working areas to the highest food hygiene standards. Prepare and cook the core company menu
