About The Role Part time 20 Hours per week: Sunday 8am - 12pm, Monday 8am - 4pm, Tuesday 8am - 4pm (days subject to change to meet business needs). As a Front of House Team Member at Space Student Accommodation, you will be the first point of contact for all residents, contractors, and visitors. Your role is critical in maintaining a professional and welcoming environment, embodying the high standards and customer service excellence synonymous with our premium brand. You will manage daily interactions, oversee receipt and logging of parcels, conduct property viewings, assist with administrative tasks, and provide support during emergency situations. This role demands a customer-service-oriented individual who is detail-oriented and can operate effectively under pressure while maintaining a professional approach at all times. Key Responsibilities Serve as the initial point of contact for all residents, contractors, and visitors, delivering a high-calibre customer service experience. Respond promptly and professionally to resident inquiries, ensuring a seamless, positive experience. Oversee receipt and logging of parcels, ensuring accurate documentation and efficient collection. Ensure all visitors and contractors sign in as part of a secure access system. Take immediate action in emergency situations, following safety protocols and guiding residents. Assist the Senior Sales Manager with incoming enquiries and follow-ups. Conduct property viewings for prospective residents. Collaborate in planning and executing resident experience events. Assist with arrears management and timely communication with residents. Assist with stock orders and health and safety compliance of the Space store. Support the team in maintaining property cleanliness and hygiene standards. Requirements Proven experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in student accommodation, property management, or premium hospitality. Superior verbal and written communication skills. Strong dedication to delivering excellence in service and anticipating needs. Calm under pressure with crisis management abilities. Strong organizational skills for parcel logging, visitor logs, and administrative duties. Ability to collaborate seamlessly with colleagues across departments.
