The GTM organisation is scaling fast across Europe and the US, moving from a narrowly defined ICP and ABM motion to a broader, enterprise-scale, multi-persona GTM strategy, and they need the right Product Marketer to architect and lead that evolution.If you want to shape the story of a company that is challenging legacy incumbents, redefining a category, and scaling globally, this is that role.Why this role stands outBuild Product Marketing from the ground up – messaging, positioning, personas, GTM frameworks, competitive intelligence and enablementReport directly into the VP of Marketing with high visibility across Product, Sales, Revenue Operations, Tax and Executive LeadershipLead the shift from a “compliance-driven” story to a strategic business transformation narrative for CFO-level buyersHigh-impact individual contributor role initially, with potential to build a PMM team as value is provenSet the narrative and toolset used globally across Sales, SDRs, Marketing and ProductJoin a fast-paced, high-performance scale-up where ownership, experimentation and autonomy are expected and rewardedTrusted by Uber, Zoom, Booking.com, Netflix, and other global digital leadersSalary: £90-110k + equity and benefitsWhat you’ll be responsible forBuilding a cohesive, differentiated GTM narrative across products and market segments from scratchDeveloping Personas and value propositions for CFOs, Controllers, VPs of Finance, Heads of Tax and Product teamsCreating scalable enablement assets (decks, case studies, one-pagers, battlecards, objection handling frameworks)Owning competitive intelligence and positioning against legacy players in the spacePartnering closely with Product, Sales, Marketing and Leadership to ensure message consistencyShaping product launches, pricing/packaging narrative and demand-driving storytellingActing as the connective tissue across GTM – ensuring everyone is telling the same story, the same wayAbout youYou are a strategic, commercially minded Product Marketer with the ability to execute hands-on work at pace.
