A facility which has been carefully designed and constructed to meet the very specific needs of the Adults with mental health difficuties. We have 4 Acute wards and 1 PICU covering assessment and treatment in mental health. There are opportunities to work across the different male and female groups (no guarantee of a specific ward if successful).You will be required to be innovative, flexible and able to engage service users and their carers. Strong team working principles are essential; you will work with a variety of people as well as work in partnership with a range of disciplines and providers both internal and external to the service.We pride ourselves in providing a high standard of care within a multi-disciplinary approach and feel we are progressive and forward thinking, seeking to improve our services.You must have the Right to Work in the UK in order to be successfully appointed to this role.
