OverviewDomestic Abuse Advocate (Sandwell) at Black Country Women’s Aid Position: 2 full-time positions (37.5 hours), based in Sandwell Salary: £24,761.88 – £26,872.22 Closing date: 09 January 2026 Interviews will be held via Microsoft Teams. Responsibilities Provide a high-quality frontline service to victims of domestic abuse, delivering a service to those at highest risk, within a multi-agency framework (MARAC and local partnerships). Carry a caseload including case management: risk assessment, needs assessment, support planning, outcomes and case review. Work with victims/survivors in one-to-one and group work settings. Qualifications / Requirements Experience of working with victims/survivors of domestic abuse. Ability to work within a multi-agency framework. Self-driven, conscientious, hardworking with ambition.
