Our two-year programme is founded on recognised industry standards and features six-month rotations across different projects. You’ll gain practical experience and industry knowledge, plus a mentorship to guide you toward professional development and IET accreditation. Flexibility is key—expect a mix of office, home, and site work.Who You Are:We’re looking for grads who are passionate about engineering and eager to learn. If you have:A minimum of a 2:2 Honours Degree in a relevant subject (Software Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Mathematics) achieved in the last two years.Experience of using C#, Java, web-based technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript Frameworks and SQL Service or other related platformsA knack for solving complex problemsStrong communication and teamwork skillsA keen eye for detailSelf-motivation and the ability to thrive under pressurePractical experience with Microsoft OfficeWhat We Offer:At Telent, your career can take you anywhere.
