Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.Base pay rangeFidarsi are partnering with an established Investment Manager to hire an Employee Relations Specialist on a 6-month Fixed Term Contract.The Employee Relations Specialist is responsible for fostering a positive work environment by handling employee relations matters, managing case investigations, and driving organisational development initiatives. This role focuses on building a strong workplace culture, ensuring compliance with labour laws, resolving conflicts, and implementing OD strategies to enhance employee engagement, performance, and leadership development.Key Responsibilities:Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations matters, including workplace conflicts, grievances, and disciplinary actions.Conduct thorough investigations into employee complaints, misconduct, and policy violations, ensuring fairness and legal compliance.Develop and implement employee relations policies and procedures that align with company culture and legal requirements.Provide coaching and guidance to managers and employees on performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and industry regulations.Support employee engagement initiatives, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.Mediate disputes between employees or between employees and management to maintain a productive workplace.Maintain accurate records of employee relations cases, documenting investigations and resolutions appropriately.Collaborate with HR teams to develop training programs on workplace policies, diversity & inclusion, and leadership development.Monitor and analyse employee relations trends to proactively address potential issues and recommend solutions.Required Qualifications:Experience in employee relations, HR generalist roles, or labour relations.Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.Experience conducting workplace investigations and handling sensitive matters with confidentiality.Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Seniority levelAssociateEmployment typeContractJob functionHuman Resources #J-18808-Ljbffr
