GSBS Integration & Transformation Lead EMEA Location: Remote in Poland or hybrid in Corby or Riga Are you passionate about driving large-scale transformation in a global, fast-paced environment? We’re looking for an experienced and strategic Integration & Transformation Lead to join our GSBS Development team at RS Group. This is a unique opportunity to shape and deliver future‑state service models that directly align with RS Group’s End‑to‑End (E2E) Service Model – a core pillar of our global transformation strategy. In this pivotal role, you’ll lead mission‑critical initiatives focused on designing and implementing new operating models across various business and process groups. You’ll play a key part in ensuring that all integrations, migrations, and transformations are strategically aligned, seamlessly delivered, and embedded into Business As Usual (BAU) operations – driving measurable value, efficiency, and customer‑centric outcomes across our global footprint. What you will enjoy doing to be successful in this role : In this role, you will take ownership of designing and implementing the End‑to‑End GSBS service model and governance framework, ensuring all initiatives align with RS Group’s strategic pillars, particularly integration, simplification, and customer‑centricity. You’ll lead the end‑to‑end transformation process from research and planning through to execution and embedding into Business As Usual – working on both acquisition‑driven and organic growth initiatives. A key part of your work will involve optimising existing services and performance metrics through operational excellence, automation, and standardisation across people, processes, and systems. You’ll act as a first‑line expert and trusted partner to internal stakeholders, offering hands‑on support throughout the transformation lifecycle. Working closely with project management, operations, and automation teams, you’ll identify opportunities for improvement, support the development of business cases, and contribute to scenario modelling that informs senior leadership decisions. You’ll help govern the demand intake process, ensuring alignment with budget policies and service catalogue guidelines, and ensure each migration or transformation initiative is effectively managed, tracked, and delivered to plan. You’ll also build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across regions and functions, promote collaboration in a network‑of‑teams environment, and mentor colleagues along the way. Finally, you’ll produce high‑quality documentation, including process maps, training materials, and hand‑off plans to support smooth transitions and long‑term sustainability of new ways of working. If you have the following skills and experience, we want to hear from you : 3+ years in Shared Services, BPO, or GBS Proven experience in service integrations, migrations, or transformations Strong knowledge of O2C, P2P, H2R, R2R processes Skilled in process documentation, migration planning, and training Comfortable with data, KPIs, and performance reporting Experience in Operational Excellence / Continuous Improvement Fluent English and ability to work across global, matrix organisations Nice to have : Additional European language Project Management or CI certification Governance and compliance knowledge As this role is open to candidates across various locations, benefits will be provided according to the local packages.
