A leading IT solutions provider is seeking a results-oriented Account Director with expertise in selling Cisco and/or Microsoft solutions. This role focuses on acquiring new clients, managing existing accounts, and building long-term relationships with a consultative approach to drive sales in IT infrastructure solutions.Key Responsibilities New Client AcquisitionIdentify and engage new clients through a proactive, consultative sales strategy.Develop and manage proposals, drive contract processes, and ensure client onboarding in alignment with the company’s “win and retain” strategy. Account ManagementNurture long-term relationships with clients and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.Support clients in maximizing the value of their IT infrastructure, focusing on upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Sales Strategy & Pipeline ManagementDevelop a robust sales pipeline with a focus on both short- and long-term opportunities.Collaborate with internal teams to align proposals with client needs and present tailored solutions.
