Role: Project Construction SupervisorLocation: Westminster, LondonContract: Permanent Onsite Mon-Fri Immediate startSalary: £48,000 - £55,000 per annumWe're looking for a Project Construction Supervisor to support the delivery of multiple construction and M&E upgrade projects across a high profile estate.Working within a busy project team, you'll oversee subcontractors, daily site operations, logistics, H&S and progress reporting on works typically valued between £50k-£500k.A brilliant role for a site-based construction professional who thrives in fast-paced, technically interesting environments.What you'll be doingDay-to-day supervision of labour and subcontractorsOversee logistics, materials, quality and site activitiesMonitor H&S, review and approve RAMS, and ensure CDM complianceDeliver progress reports (weekly/monthly) to senior managersAssist with planning, tendering and basic project delivery tasksAttend client, stakeholder and internal meetingsResolve issues, support incident management and maintain complianceBuild positive relationships with QS, PMs and the wider estate teamWhat we're looking forEssential:SMSTSCSCSExperience reviewing and approving RAMSStrong IT and reporting skillsPrevious construction or M&E project experienceDesirable:Mechanical or electrical backgroundFirst Aid, Asbestos AwarenessTemporary Works Coordinator5-6 years' site/project experienceHours & BenefitsMonday-Friday, 8am-5pm25 days holiday + BHs (+ option to buy 5)PensionPrivate medical after 12 monthsFlexible benefits, wellbeing support, recognition programmes, volunteering day and moreIf you're an experienced Supervisor keen to work on a prestigious and varied estate, please send your CV to (url removed) #J-18808-Ljbffr
