As a Project Engineer, you’ll safeguard high‑profile commercial properties with cutting‑edge security systems, working closely with high‑net‑worth individuals and elite organisations. Key Responsibilities Lead the installation of intruder alarm, CCTV and access control systems (and occasional fire alarm maintenance), ensuring everything is in line with company standards and industry regulations. Provide exceptional customer service while building strong, professional relationships with our high‑profile clients. Collaborate with a dedicated team to deliver top‑tier service and operational efficiency. Communicate effectively and professionally (written and verbal) with clients and colleagues to ensure smooth operations. Represent the company with integrity and professionalism, setting the bar for industry standards. Travel to client sites using a company van or car allowance, maintaining a flexible work schedule. Qualifications & Skills Proven experience installing CCTV, access control and intruder alarm systems; fire maintenance experience is a bonus. Ability to build rapport with clients and work seamlessly in a team environment. Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills. A full UK driving licence to travel between client sites. Benefits £40,000 – £50,000 (DOE) 30‑minute travel time each way, company van or car allowance, personal use company credit card. Performance bonus scheme, 25 days holiday + bank holidays, healthcare.
