We’re looking for a detail‑driven Payroll Advisor to join our busy Finance team at our Bristol Head Office. This is your opportunity to play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely payroll for over 1,000 colleagues across multiple business areas – all while working in a collaborative, forward‑thinking environment. Principle Accountabilities Manage end‑to‑end monthly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Maintain and control amendments to employee pay, including International Mobile Employees (IME). Calculate and prepare international salary, tax, and pension payments. Reconcile payroll data and provide returns and associated payments to internal and external stakeholders. Support employees with payroll‑related queries, delivering excellent customer service across all levels. Liaise with third‑party payroll providers and complete ad hoc tasks accurately and on time. Skills and Experience Required Previous experience of managing large payrolls with differing levels of complexity. Knowledge of Tax & NI rules for UK & IMEs (International mobile employees). High level of attention to detail. Ability to work quickly & accurately under pressures to meet deadlines. Ability to communicate effectively at all levels both within the organisation and externally. Adaptable and able to quickly react to changing priorities. Formal qualification preferable but more important is the ability to understand how to calculate pay. Great organisational skills – prioritising your workload and working independently, whilst also being a brilliant team player.
