You’ll be joining a friendly, close-knit team of healthcare professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and supporting one another. The practice is looking for a Lead Salaried GP for 8 sessions per week to become an integral part of their collaborative, patient-focused team. You’ll assess, screen, diagnose, and refer patients as appropriate while working closely with the wider clinical team to ensure high-quality outcomes. You’ll be part of a diverse team including another GP, ANPs, Nurses, and other healthcare professionals. The practice fosters a collaborative environment, encouraging input from all staff in decision-making. As a teaching practice, they also welcome GPs who can mentor trainees and students. Qualifications Proven experience and understanding of the Primary Care agenda Experience working within a multi-disciplinary team GMC registration with evidence of revalidation Inclusion on the National Medical Performers List Recognised Medical Degree This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced GP to thrive and develop within a supportive, forward-thinking practice.
