What you'll do Collaborate with the rest of the management team to support the daily running of the store. Responsible for an allocated section or department of your store - including commercial planning, stock management, planograms, creating visual impact and of course sales. Oversee till areas or fitting rooms when required. Organise your team of Retail Assistants, setting tasks daily. Motivate and coach your team to provide an exceptional store environment and customer experience while optimising sales.
