Career pathways - the organisation has a proven progression route where you would be joinning a team of experienced salesforce administrators to help nurture your developing career. The What? We are looking for a junior salesforce administrator to join an established team of salesforce professionals - someone who has had either salesforce administrator/developer experience commercially &/or has gained Salesforce administration creditions. You will manage user accounts, maintain data integrity, customize and configure the platform, and create reports and dashboards to provide business insights. What is required: Platform experience: An understanding of Salesforce's core features, including objects, fields, record types, page layouts, validation rules, workflow rules, and process builder. Data Management: Proficiency in data import/export, data cleaning, data validation, and data security best practices. User Management: Ability to create and manage user profiles, roles, permissions, and sharing settings. Reporting & Dashboards: Expertise in creating custom reports, dashboards, and analytic snapshots to provide valuable insights. Process Automation: Knowledge of workflow rules, process builder, and flows to automate business processes and streamline workflows. Classic & Lightning: Knows how the above work in classic and Lightning versions of salesforce. Problem-solving: Ability to analyse complex problems and identify creative solutions.
