Recruit, retain, and develop top talent to build a high-performing and motivated team. Sales & Performance Implement strategies to meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs). Take a proactive approach to loss prevention, embedding processes that minimise risks and protect profitability. Use commercial insights to make informed decisions, manage budgets effectively, and drive consistent results. Customer Experience Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring every interaction is memorable.
