You will work with a team of professionals to develop a community forensic step‑down accommodation for women being discharged from secure care and help extend the inpatient treatment model (the SCALE model within the Women’s Secure Blended Service) into a community residential setting to promote recovery beyond discharge and reduce the need for future admission. The project has funding for a 2‑year period. Responsibilities Co‑facilitate planned therapy programmes focused on developing independent living skills, supporting integration into the community, forming relationships, and engaging in purposeful occupation within the SCALE model. Ensure effective communication pathways and act as a role model for other team members, reflecting the values of the organisation. Work across Ardenleigh and Dawn House to strengthen relationships and ensure effective discharge pathways. Collaborate with external partners in planning interventions, assessments, and joint working with ANAWIM staff and the FIRST and inpatient OT teams.
