Your mission: Should you decide to accept it… As our Stock Manager, you’ll be the backbone of our behind-the-scenes operation — managing deliveries, tracking inventory, and ensuring every outlet has exactly what it needs, when it needs it. From spotless storerooms to spot-on stock levels, you’ll help keep everything running smoothly and efficiently. The Details: What exactly you will be doing… Receiving all goods per scheduled orders and verifying against purchase orders via Procure Wizard (or similar systems). Maintaining accurate stock control — logging all movement of goods in and out. Managing bar sundries (fruit, ice, juices) with attention to quality and minimal waste. Performing temperature checks and ensuring compliance with HACCP and food safety standards. Liaising with suppliers and departments to resolve discrepancies, returns, or credit notes. Supporting finance with invoice reconciliation and documentation. Acting as key holder for storerooms and cellars, maintaining security and compliance. Keeping all back-of-house areas immaculate, including cellars, dry stores, and cold storage. Ordering and replenishing cleaning and consumable supplies. Upholding hygiene and manual handling standards across the team. Collaborating with operational teams for forecasts, events, and last-minute requests. Providing clear communication on stock availability and offering guidance to outlet managers on order efficiency and budget alignment.
