Join to apply for the People Development Director role at Notting Hill Genesis What You’ll Do As our People Development Director, you will lead the design and delivery of our strategy for learning, development, and organisational growth. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you’ll shape how we attract, grow, and retain talent through a strong focus on leadership development, talent management, succession planning, early careers, EDI, wellbeing, and organisational change. This is a senior leadership role that will influence culture and capability across the organisation, ensuring we remain an employer of choice. How You’ll Do It Partner with the Chief People Officer and Senior Leadership Team to deliver a People Development Strategy aligned with business goals. Act as a senior advisor on learning, talent, and organisational development. Develop and implement a learning and capability framework that supports current and future business needs. Oversee leadership, management, and technical skills programmes, embedding a culture of continuous learning. Drive talent management and succession planning for critical roles and future leaders. Design and deliver graduate, apprenticeship, and internship programmes to build early careers pipelines. Lead EDI and wellbeing strategies that create an inclusive and supportive workplace. Build and deliver a leadership framework that supports high performance and authentic, values-based leadership. Equip leaders with tools to manage change and drive cultural alignment. If not already qualified, there may be an expectation to study towards a professional qualification. Essential Proven senior leadership experience in learning, talent, or organisational development roles. Strong track record of designing and delivering people development strategies that drive measurable impact. Experience leading EDI and wellbeing initiatives in complex or multi-site organisations.\Skilled in organisational change, leadership development, and succession planning. CIPD Chartered Member or equivalent professional qualification. Strategic, innovative, and people-focused leader with the ability to inspire and develop others. Excellent relationship-building and influencing skills at all levels. Strong analytical and data‑driven approach to evaluating learning and talent outcomes, with the ability to analyse complex data and reach well‑formed conclusions. Desirable Qualifications in coaching, leadership development, or organisational psychology. What’s in it for you?
