Role Overview We are seeking a Community Nursing Sister/Qualified District Nurse to work within our integrated Primary Care Hub covering Dunstable and Leighton Buzzard (primarily Leighton Buzzard). You will be part of a friendly, dedicated and supportive team where professional guidance is readily available. Key Responsibilities Support, coach and develop individuals to consistently deliver high quality services. Manage your own caseload and ensure effective communication and time‑management across the team. Apply sound clinical knowledge to drive service development and contribute to quality improvement initiatives. Adapt to changing service needs with a flexible and proactive approach. Qualifications & Requirements Qualified District Nurse or equivalent community nursing qualifications. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proven time‑management and organisational abilities. Valid driving licence and access to a vehicle to carry out duties. Hours & Working Pattern The post is 30 hours per week, covering 7 days a week. Shift patterns available: 08:00‑16:00 or 13:00‑21:00.
