OverviewMaintenance Electrician role at CBW Ltd, Glasgow/Edinburgh region. Mobile Electrical Building Services Engineer covering key sites in Glasgow and Edinburgh region. Salary: £40,000. Company vehicle + benefits.ResponsibilitiesCarry out planned preventive maintenance (PPM), fault diagnosis, and reactive repairs across three designated sites.Ensure all electrical systems, including lighting, power distribution, and control panels, are functioning efficiently and in compliance with regulations.Respond promptly to emergency call-outs and ensure minimal downtime for critical systems.Conduct safety inspections, testing, and certification as required.Collaborate with on-site teams and contractors to ensure seamless service delivery.Maintain accurate records of work carried out using our digital management systems.Identify opportunities for energy efficiency and provide recommendations for improvements.QualificationsQualified Electrician with a recognized trade apprenticeship and relevant certifications (e.g., 18th Edition, Testing & Inspection).Proven experience in building services or facilities maintenance.Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude.Full UK driving license and willingness to travel between sites.Familiarity with Health & Safety regulations and safe working practices.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Salary & Benefits£40,000 salaryFully equipped company vehicle and tools provided.
