No Limits supports young people aged 16 and over with learning disabilities, including autism, ADHD, and communication difficulties. Our mission is to help them build independence, gain life skills, and grow in confidence. You don't need previous experience, just heart, energy, and a UK manual driving licence. We provide all the training you need. This is a full-time, term-time only role, working Monday to Friday, 9am to 4pm (35 hours per week, 38 weeks per year). You’ll also have the opportunity to take part in up to three weeks of paid training and development during school holidays.You won't be based in a traditional classroom. Instead, you'll work out in the community, supporting learners in real-life situations. You'll help them develop essential life skills like using public transport, ICT, cooking, money management, and independent living. You may also accompany them to college or work experience placements. During probation, you’ll receive a mix of eLearning, face-to-face training and mentoring on the job.
