We are renowned for our exceptional customer experience and commitment to transforming lives and communities through our work.Role Overview:As the Branch Manager for our Ipswich location - formerly Thompsons Estate Offices, you will be pivotal in leading your team to achieve outstanding results and provide a customer-first service. You will leverage your in-depth knowledge of the local property market and your experience in property valuations to drive business growth and outpace the competition.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage the branch team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.Develop and implement strategies to increase market share and drive business growth.Conduct property valuations and manage the listing and selling process.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, local businesses, and the community.Identify business opportunities and take proactive steps to capitalise on them.Qualifications and Skills:Experience as a Branch Manager, Senior Sales Negotiator, or Estate Agent.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to identify and act on business opportunities.Well-spoken, well-presented, and organised.Target-driven with a proven track record of achieving sales goals.Commission and bonus structureCompany pension28 days holidayMacbook providedWhy Join Us:At Oakheart Property, we are committed to transforming lives and communities through our work.
