You will report to VP Customer Quality.You willDefine and deploy the global strategy for Quality Tools & Methods in alignment with business objectives and customer requirements.Lead cross-functional and cross-divisional quality initiatives to establish a culture of prevention, standardisation, and continuous improvement.Own and continuously improve the company’s quality methodologies and standards (FMEA, SPC, MSA, APQP, PPAP, 8D, CAPA, DFMEA/PFMEA), driving harmonisation of quality processes across R&D, supply chain, manufacturing, and field service.Champion the integration of quality tools into new product introduction (NPI) and production management systems, supporting advanced data analytics and automated quality reporting.Institutionalise lessons-learned systems and participate in workshops and Kaizen events focused on yield, reliability, and performance improvement.Partner closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Field Service teams to embed quality tools early in product and process development.Collaborate with key suppliers and customers to align on quality standards and continuous improvement goals.Manage and mentor global quality teams for methods and tool deployment, supporting audits and quality reviews.To succeed, you will needWe encourage you to apply even if you don't meet every single requirement.
