Understand the requirements of the statutory framework for the EYFS and staff/child ratios Provide engaging and purposeful experiences, environments and resources to children, that are appropriate to their age and stage of development Observe and support children’s development. Provide the all-around daily needs of children, including their physical, intellectual, social and emotional development As Nursery Assistant, you will need: Fluent in written and spoken English - essential A passion to work and develop a future career in an Early Years setting.
