At IKEA the role of a Warehouse Manager is known as a Fulfilment Operations Team Leader. What We Offer The Start Date of employment will be discussed at interview. The starting salary for this role is £29,215 per annum, final salary offer will be made based on skills and experience. 39 Hours working 5 days per week including late evenings and alternate weekends. What You'll Need to Have Experience of leadership in a busy warehouse environment with the ability to prioritise and organise your own and others' workload. Results-driven approach with a clear customer focus and ability to meet agreed budgets and goals with the ability to make quick decisions and take personal initiatives, open to change and highly flexible. Leading others, you will have good communication skills that can assist in building relationships with co-workers and customers. Ability to implement structural ways of working within the area of responsibility, with problem-solving experience and proficient computer literacy. Eager to contribute a fresh outlook and a can-do mindset to the team. What You'll Be Doing Day to Day Ensure efficient daily operation within fulfilment operations, to ensure products are available to customers. Responsible for coaching, developing and inspiring a motivated team, maintaining a work environment which supports equality, diversity and inclusion and well-being. Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment, adhering to IKEA health, safety, and security regulations and Code of Conduct. Work with the team to reach business goals, review workloads to ensure daily volume handling and meet seasonal demands, all while keeping costs low.
