If so, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. We’re looking for a female Children’s Support Worker to provide 1:1 care for a 16-year-old girl in her special needs school setting. You'll be there to offer reassurance, practical support, and kindness—every single day. Meet Our Client Our client is a lovely, bright young girl who uses a wheelchair and requires support with her gastrostomy, insulin, and communication needs. She attends a specialist school where your presence will be essential in helping her access learning, stay safe, and enjoy her day-to-day school life. Your Working Pattern Tuesdays and Thursdays | 8:45am–3:15pm Must be flexible to cover all 5 days Monday-Friday when other Support Worker is off Term-time only Your Role Will Include: Providing 1:1 support during school hours Assisting with medical needs including gastrostomy care and insulin administration Supporting communication and promoting inclusion in school activities Working alongside the school team to ensure a safe, fun, and engaging environment Full clinical training will be provided—you don’t need previous medical experience, just the right attitude and commitment.
