We are excited to offer an opportunity for an enthusiastic, motivated, and forward‑thinking pharmacist to join our Pharmacy Specialist Medicine Team at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust. The team provides clinical pharmacy services across several specialties within the Specialist Medicine directorates. In this role, you will be the lead pharmacy contact for diabetes/endocrinology and selected respiratory services, with additional opportunities to support dermatology in the absence of the senior lead pharmacist. You will also gain valuable experience in: Financial reporting (e.g. biosimilar savings, CIP schemes) Guideline development and review Formulary and interface work We are looking for a self‑motivated and organised individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should be confident working with a wide range of healthcare professionals and comfortable using various IT systems and databases. As the successful candidate, you will work closely with the senior lead pharmacist and wider team to deliver and develop a high‑quality, patient‑focused pharmacy service. Your responsibilities will include: Supporting inpatient and outpatient prescribing across your designated specialties. Providing ward‑based clinical pharmacy services. Managing Homecare services and funding applications for high‑cost medicines. Monitoring and processing Homecare prescriptions.
