We are recruiting Complex Care Assistants to support a client in the Epsom area with a range of clinical care needs in a home setting. About Prestige Nursing & Care Redhill Our Redhill branch are all long serving and have a vast knowledge of the area and our client base. Our purpose is to provide high quality, community‑based specialist home care and support. We aim to work together to achieve the goals of each of our varying clients, and to make a difference in their lives. Duties include PEG feeding Oxygen therapy Nebulisation & suctioning Epilepsy & seizure management Hoist transfers & bowel care Chest physiotherapy General care What we're looking for Experience in complex care (required) Confident in clinical tasks Strong communication skills Ability to work independently and within a team Compassionate, reliable, and committed to high‑quality care What we offer Full induction, paid training, and shadow shifts (You will be paid the National Minimum Wage for all attended training sessions and shadow shifts) Excellent pay: £16.01 - £24.02 / hr Direct supervision and upskilling opportunities Ongoing support and monitoring from our Clinical Team Inclusion in regular care plan reviews Paid training & shadow shifts Contracted or flexible hours Holiday pay, pension, and more Blue Light Card eligibility Enhanced Maternity / Paternity and Adoption Leave Refer‑a‑Friend bonus Employee Assistance Line - 24 / 7 confidential support Work with our own clients, no agency work Ready to apply?
