Secondary Supply Teachers Needed Are you an experienced teacher who is looking for flexible supply teaching work from January, in various Greater Manchester locations? Perhaps you have completed your PGCE and are looking for long‑term work? Aspire People are in partnership with a variety of secondary schools across Manchester that will be taking on teachers for full‑time and part‑time teaching roles from January. There are also short‑term and day‑to‑day roles available until July. Aspire People offer competitive pay rates and the roles can be fully flexible to work around your schedule. Across Manchester the schools we are working with are looking for Secondary Teachers in a range of subjects, so this is an ideal opportunity to try new schools to see what environment suits you best. Secondary Teacher – Person Specification UK QTS certificate (Essential) Excellent knowledge of the UK curriculum Strong academic background (e.g. A-Levels) Approachable and passionate person Comfortable with IT and technology Excellent observations during PGCE or Teacher Training £100 joining bonus after working 10 days with us Your responsibilities Your responsibilities will involve creating engaging lesson plans, leading one‑on‑one activities, and adhering to school policies on behaviour management. All candidates who register with Aspire People will have 2 years referencing taken up and will be required to have an enhanced DBS check completed and must be on the update service.
