Mobile Cleaning Supervisor at Mitie Cleaning & Hygiene Services Contract: Permanent Employment type: Part Time Hours: 12.5 hours (Back shift performance of cleaning staff on Network Rail site) Pay: £12.80 per hour Location: Network Rail, 151 St Vincent Street, Glasgow, Scotland, G2 5NW Overview We are looking for an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to work with a range of Mitie clients to manage a cleaning team, including recruitment and development of staff, while maintaining excellent service standards for the delivery of routine planned and periodic cleaning for a Mitie customer. Responsibilities Ensure the delivery of routine planned and periodic cleaning. Ensure cleaning staff understand and work to task schedules while following correct Health & Safety procedures. Provide technical training when required. Distribute uniforms, monitor standard of cleanliness, manage materials usage and order stocks. Deal with any issues efficiently and professionally, referring to line manager when required. Qualifications Previous supervisory and cleaning experience. Good communication skills, reliable, hardworking with a professional attitude. Ability to work according to a schedule on own initiative. Benefits Virtual GP for you and household members.
