As they continue to scale, they’re looking for experienced and driven Senior Account Managers to join their high-performing commercial finance team.This is a rare chance to get in early and help shape a fast-growing division. You’ll be working across a broad range of funding products and sectors, supported by warm leads, inbound enquiries and a strong brand presence.What You’ll Be DoingProactively engage with SMEs / business owners across the UK to generate new finance opportunitiesLeverage existing customer data and historic enquiries to create fresh leadsPresent tailored funding solutions across asset finance, business loans, merchant cash advances, refinance, and government-backed schemesConduct financial assessments to match clients with suitable lendersManage the full funding process from proposal through to drawdownStay informed on lender products, underwriting criteria, and market conditionsIdentify cross-selling opportunities across other finance divisionsAccurately log all activity and deal progress in the CRMAchieve personal revenue targets while contributing to team successWhat You’ll Need2+ years’ experience in commercial finance (asset finance, business loans, invoice finance, etc)A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and closing dealsA sharp commercial mindset and the ability to spot and convert opportunitiesEnergy, drive, and the ambition to help build something from the ground upWhat You’ll GetUncapped commission structureCompany pension schemeEnhanced holiday allowance + bank holidaysClear and structured career progression opportunitiesDynamic and collaborative work environment with a strong sense of team cultureRegular team-building activities, performance incentives, and seasonal celebrationsSeniority levelNot ApplicableEmployment typeFull-time #J-18808-Ljbffr
